KTH25XX utilizes advanced PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) technology with a built-in zero-drift amplifier and integrated temperature compensation circuitry. It has an offset voltage of less than 10µV and very low offset drift characteristics with excellent sensitivity and temperature stability over the operating temperature range. Its open-drain output stage supports a high drive capability of up to 30mA, along with reverse load capability and output short-circuit overcurrent protection. With a wide supply voltage range of 2.7 to 32 V and available in SOT-23-3L and TO-92S packages, it offers a reverse protection voltage of up to -32 V, making it suitable for a wide range of automotive and industrial applications.
